Refund Policy


 Payment Policy:

  • Online orders are accepted via following payment modes:
  • Visa & MasterCard
  • Credit Cards from selected banks in India.
  • American Express Credit Cards via VBV/MSC (secure code)
  • Debit Cards using a secure 3-digit CVV (given on the back of the card)

NOTE: While making an online transaction for the purchased product using a Visa or MasterCard, you have to submit your 16-digit Credit Card number, Card Expiry date & a 3-digit CVV number (printed on the back of the card).

  • The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement.
  • In case of amount deduction from your account for the purchased product, if you fail to receive a confirmation from our end, make sure to reach out to our customer support team & provide them with the following details:
  • Transaction Reference Number.
  • Amount debited with your registered Email ID
  • Date & time of transaction
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Dispatched orders are non-refundable. (Even if you change your mind after placing the order)
  • Vouchers can be used only once & will be treated as utilized. (Even after order-cancellation)
  • Vouchers redeemed for an order need not be returned (They will expire if not utilized within 6 months of purchase)
  • Refunds are initiated, once we receive the returned goods (Goods have to be perfect condition, fully packed & and postage costs have to be incurred from your side)

 

  1. Refund and Replacement Policy
  • In case, the product is damaged or defective, our representative will contact you before issuing a refund.
  • Refunds are processed through bank transfers and take up to 5-7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders are credited back to your account within 10 business days of refund initiation & take an additional 7-10 days to be reflected in your account balance.

  • For a smooth user experience, we go to great lengths. However, when necessary, we must enforce our policies for the sake of our customers'.
  • We have noticed that although a vast majority of our customers have genuine concerns, some abuse our liberal return and exchange policies.
  • These accounts typically return items, choose not to accept shipments or demand cashback for issues that we are not responsible for. As regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to purchase these products themselves, our customer care support team reserves the right to assess, judge and then take action at their discretion.

Impairment & Damages: 

  • We always take the utmost care and accountability when shipping our products to you.
  • Once your package has been screened, it goes through an extensive quality check so that we deliver the best to you.
  • However, if you have received partial, void or damaged items while ordering through our website directly, feel free to contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Please keep a note of the following.
  • Do not use the products.
  • Take proper snapshots of the products
  • Keep the invoice copy with you.

Change of Packaging: 

  • We have implemented a new packaging policy. From now on, you may receive our products without its outer box made with paper.
  • This reduced packaging will not impact the authenticity or efficacy of the products.
  • Our new policy is one step closer towards a greener future.
